Just Lookin' *
Of course, this pic is only on here cos, as I write, I'm listening to what is commonly known as "The Banana Album" but is really called The Velvet Underground & Nico by The Velvet Underground & Nico. Fucking stupendous. And this comes after I listened to Devo and listened to the Gourds and listened to the Clash and listened to Magazine. This was a really great music-listening evening.
But, hey, Nico was a hot looking babe, wasn't she? (And I now expect all sorts of bricks and bottles to come raining down when I see Jane on Wednesday!)

Yeah its that teutonic heroin chic look. Does it every time.
Actually, I think Jane kinda favors Nico, looks just like her in fact, wouldn't you say, Reidski -- erm, Reidski???
Spitting image
I am busy assembling a collage of photos of well fit blokes to post on my blog...starting with George Grahame, Kevin Spacey and Neil Pearson.

I can't see any of your blogs!! I don't know what's up... The last blog I was able to see was "Leavin' on a Jet Plane." Maybe it's because I have a Mac? Don't know...
Didn't Nico have to have cocaine or heroin or somesuch blown up her arse through straw?
And didn't she have a roadie specifically for this purpose?
And if not, why not? Stuff like that shouldn't be myth.
And Kara, I have a Mac, and I can still see his blog......
Alastair, that was Stevie Nicks
The Velvet Underground & Nico: smacked-out avant-pop art par excellance, fer sure, but for my screenprinted Warhol dollar White Light/White Heat has gotta be their definitive statement of murderous intent...of course, Nico had split by that point, so it loses vital drone-rock points for an absence of germanic femme fatale-ice coolness. Enjoying your blog; Paul Fuzz.
Paul - thanks for visiting and thanks for your comments. Yes, White Light/White Heat is up there with their best. Also covered brilliantly by Bowie on his final Ziggy Stardust gig - a brilliant gig made more so by this song.
Not that I was there, of course, but did see it recently on BBC4 (I think).
