Here Comes The Weekend*

Q: What do you get when you put a teacher, a bureaucrat, an aircraft engineer and an artist in the same city for two days?
A: An incredible drunken weekend! All four Reidski brothers are in London this weekend for a couple of nights of drunken revelrie. The last time we spent over one evening all together I was a mere teenager - so it's some time ago. The weekend ends with us watching the Old Firm game in my local, so, with me being the only Celtic one among us, JJ will wonder what to make of it all when she joins us on Sunday afternoon.

I'm figuring that you are the bureaucrat! What is it like to be the black sheep of the family? Why couldn't you get a normal job like an artist or an aircraft engineer? Poor old JJ - on Sunday she will require subtitles I think - "Och aye ken ah'll hev a pint o heavy n a wee half tha noo granpaw!"
Time to announce the engagement and your associated move to darkest Northamptonshire methinks. Come on don't be bashful - pop the question!

Scary stuff Cookie!

And YP - I have very little idea of what they were actually talking about which may not necessarily be a bad thing!

Chew a horn - he showed his artistry over the weekend but it didn't entail use of a paint brush....

cookie - and she survived!

YP - You're right on the first point. And I'll pretend to ignore the rest.

chew - a whole year? Well, you should both enjoy Paris as it's a lovely romantic city. Pity about all that dog shit in the streets, though!

JJ - did you seriously not understand what we were saying?

Darren - yes, the only one, although two of them aren't really bothered, but they would still prefer the huns to win than us. And we all support Irvine Meadow - well, we couldn't support Irvine Vics cos they are from the other side of town.

cookie - that would just be weird.
