It says something when a bloker living in South East London complains about the violence in another part of the world. (Is that true that City of God was originally going to be filmed in Rotherhithe, but they thought it would be too violent?)

In all seriousness, it really is a shocking figure and suggests that Scotland is heading for a problem or two.

The solution? Well, like every problem which is directly related to capitalism, the answer really is socialism!
