After some confusion on the half of the assistant in Waterstones 'Bukowski? Yes, I think SHE writes crime novels'I managed to buy 'Ham on Rye' on Saturday,and I read it yesterday. I loved it,and wanted to thank you cos with out you mentioning Bukowski once before I would never have heard of HIM, and wouldn't have read a really great book.
What a nice comment - glad you enjoyed it, it's one of my all-time favourites.
Me again. This time to say that I was relieved when you posted a comment about my kitchen disaster cos I was on the verge of organising a search party to look for you.
